Breast cancer awareness

This card is for my friend who has overcome breast cancer, and recently lost her beloved sister to the terrible disease. She's just completed the "Race for Life" so well done Wendy .

Chocolate Mmmmmmmmmm

Just loved this idea as soon as I saw it. The original had small tealights in the side, but I think It's ideal for chocolates too, Mmmmmmmmmm. I've  entered it into the chocolate challenge on http://crazy4challenges.blogspot.com/ Made the card using a 12 x 12 piece of Bazzil the sentiment image was given to me by a friend think it was from Inkadinkado, and the gorgeous flowers are from http://www.wildorchidcrafts.com/ Oh and the chocolates are Lindor, my favorites Mmmmmmmm

"Blingiton" challenge blog

This month (May) I was honoured to be asked to be a guest designer over on http://blingitonchallenges.blogspot.com/ so, why not pop over and have a go,I chose to do a twisted easel card. I was given 4 images to choose from and picked this cute little bird on his cage, I printed it out onto this pretty frame that I found in my stash, coloured it with Promarkers matted and layered and added flowers from http://www.wildorchidcrafts.com/ The pearl heart ribbon buckle is from there too,

Cobie age 5

Wow It's hard to believe that Cobie is 5 tomorrow, this time 2 years ago we couldn't begin to imagine how well he would be now. He still has another year of chemotherapy to do, but things are looking really promising, that he has kicked this terrible illness up the butt. All thanks go to Sheffield Children's Hospital. 

He WAS...... really into Ben 10, so I made a card accordingly, only to be informed on Saturday night when he and his little sister Lillie had a sleep over at ours, that he don't like him anymore (he's rubbish) and Pokemon are now in vogue, so while everyone else is sat out enjoying this glorious sunshine that we're having at the moment it was back to the drawing board for me!

At least I got another play on my Cricut, I really must use it more
